The Mini Reset Course

Your training didn't fail. Life happened. This is just the part where you pick it back up.

A self-paced mini course for dog owners who've already done the work — and just need to find their footing again.

You did the training and it worked... until life got in the way. Not because your dog forgot, but because somewhere between a move, a new job, and a season that never really ended, the rhythm slipped. And now every walk feels a little more like a negotiation than it used to.

This course is for you if:

✓ You've already done training (this isn't your first rodeo!)
✓ Something shifted and you can't quite put your finger on what
✓ You'd rather understand what happened, not just white-knuckle through it
✓ You're looking for a realistic reset, not another obedience drill

This isn't another course asking you to overhaul everything. It's a reset — three focused shifts that clear the noise, rebuild the rhythm, and get you and your dog back on the same page. No starting from scratch. No overwhelming homework. Just a practical framework you can actually use in your real life, with your real dog, starting this week.

The CTRL + ALT + DELETE Framework

CTRL — Control the Environment: Before you try to change your dog, change the setup. Small adjustments to your space and routine do more heavy lifting than you'd expect.

ALT — Alter Expectations: Not lowering the bar; just resetting it. Getting clear on what training actually does (and what still needs you) makes the whole thing feel manageable again.

DELETE — Delete the Extra: The extra words, the extra cues, the extra noise. Dogs tune out clutter fast. When you simplify the conversation, they actually start listening again.

AND WHAT TO EXPECT

Coaching videos (podcast-style—listen while you walk your dog)

  Written lessons (reference anytime)

Practical homework (apply it in real life—no grades, just guidance)

Happy rescue dog in Charlotte NC
Genna and I recently did a tune up session with me and my pup Norbert to focus on his reactivity towards other dogs on walks. I put off the tune up because I was embarrassed I hadn’t kept up with his training but Genna made me feel so comfortable that it’s perfectly normal to let training slip a bit and need to check in to reset. She listened to all my concerns and helped me understand how to make practical adjustments to my routine to best use different tools to help with Norbert’s overall training and reactivity. Norbert has been doing SO well since our tune up and wish I had done it earlier to get us back on track!
