TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using this website and/or purchasing services or products from Best Good Friend Training LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Provided

Best Good Friend Training LLC provides in-home dog training and coaching services in the Charlotte, NC area, as well as digital courses and virtual coaching calls.

​

Booking & Payment

  • All services must be booked through our scheduling system (HoneyBook) or by contacting us directly.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Payment plans may be available for certain packages and will be discussed during your discovery call.

  • All fees are in USD.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

In-Home Coaching Sessions:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will forfeit that session.

  • No-shows will forfeit the session with no refund.

Virtual Coaching Calls:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session fee.

Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the safety and behavior of your dog during all sessions.

  • You must disclose any bite history, aggression, or health issues prior to booking.

  • You agree to follow the training plan and complete assigned homework between sessions.

  • Best Good Friend Training LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog poses a safety risk.

Liability

  • While we take every precaution, dog training involves inherent risks. You assume all liability for any injury or damage caused by your dog during or after training sessions.

  • Best Good Friend Training LLC is not liable for injuries to people, other animals, or property caused by your dog.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Best Good Friend Training LLC from any claims arising from your dog's behavior.

Results

  • Dog training requires consistency and effort from the owner. Results vary based on the dog, the owner's commitment, and environmental factors.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, but we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and support.

Digital Products

  • All digital courses and products are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

  • You will receive lifetime access to purchased courses unless otherwise stated.

  • Refund policy for digital products is outlined separately.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and course materials, is the property of Best Good Friend Training LLC and is protected by copyright law.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

At Best Good Friend Training LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and support. Please review our refund policy below.

In-Home Coaching Services

No refunds are provided for coaching packages once the first session has been completed.

  • If you need to cancel before your first session, a full refund will be issued.

  • If you cancel after your first session, no refund will be provided for remaining sessions.

  • Unused sessions do not expire and may be rescheduled within 6 months of purchase.

Virtual Coaching Calls

No refunds are provided once a virtual coaching call has been completed.

  • If you need to cancel before your scheduled call, you may reschedule or request a refund.

  • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) will forfeit the session fee with no refund.

Digital Products (Courses)

All sales of digital products are final.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once you have accessed the course content.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing the course, contact us at bestgoodfriendllc@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, relocation). Please contact us to discuss.
